Hi! I'm Carina.

I'm a live wedding painter based in Boston's historic North End. I studied art history in Spain (Universidad CEU San Pablo), and trained in watercolor in Fairfield, CT. I created North End Easel with my boyfriend, Danny, in our tiny colonial Boston apartment. We have since expanded (both our business and apartment size) to cover all of New England and more!

I began training in watercolor when I was very young, taking courses in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

I love painting because of the happiness it gives to others.  It's very rewarding to create something that makes people smile.

I choose to paint at weddings because the atmosphere is so wonderful - it's a celebration of love and commitment.

Interesting FactS


I'm also an avid traveller, and thru-hiked the 500-mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in 2021. I continue to explore the world with my (photo/video)grapher/boyfriend, Danny.
