What are your travel fees?

- Over one hour: Calculated by mileage, tolls and/or additional fees
Can I book more than one service?
A Photo Painting can be added to any Live service. However, only one Live service (Guest Portraits, Ceremony Portrait) can be done at an event due to time constraints.
What happens if you don't finish a guest portrait?
Due to time constraints and size of weddings, I may not get around to painting everyone who requests a guest portrait at an event.
In this situation, I can offer an optional "overflow" service, where I finish any remaining portraits at my studio and send them to you as a bundle on a later date. This guarantees that every guest who requests a portrait will receive a painting.
I've seen many couples use the overflow portraits in thank-you cards!
Do you have an assistant?
My wonderful assistant/photographer Danny accompanies me, and helps out with additional tasks like travel, set up, water refills, etc.
What do you require upfront?
For live services, I require a 30% retainer to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your event.
Photo Paintings and Ceremony Portraits are booked on a case-by-case basis. Specially commissioned works require a 50% retainer.
Do you need equipment?
I arrive early to set up with all my equipment - easel, paints, light, and power source. The only requirement from the venue is a table + 2 chairs for me and my assistant.
Can you paint outside?
Yes! This is very common during summer weddings (weather permitting). I am also able to move from one location to another (e.g., cocktail to reception) as long as both tables are already set up.
